Orders are shipped from warehouses from British Columbia or Ontario. Most orders are delivered 4 to 9 business days after being placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock. Orders under $150 will be shipped from Vancouver.
Orders are shipped via DHL, Loomis or Canada Post. Next day option are available, please contact customer service for a quote.
Expedited shipping options and quotes are available at checkout.
Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.
We typically only ship within Canada, but we can ship large orders internationally.
We currently do not have a minimum order!
Did you order the wrong size, style or colour and need to return all or part of an order? No problem! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities and order number and we will reply with return instructions. Please note: a 15% re-stocking fee is applicable.

Did you receive defective products? All products have a one month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with the item you would like to return, including style number, color, size, quantities and order number and we will reply with return instructions.
Altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Safetywear.ca
Returns without a RA # will be refused.
If Items are faulty we will pay return shipping.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once shipment are picked up by courier, the return policy is in effect.
