Can I make a purchase at your store/do you hold stock at your office on West 2nd?
We get this one a lot! Unfortunately, the answer is no; we don’t have anywhere set up as a retail location. All orders must be placed online, and then shipped from the nearest warehouse that has the inventory available. If you’re still not sure, please call to double check before you drive out and try and buy something here. We’re telling the truth. Not a store. Honest.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Your delivery time will vary depending on where you’re located, and which warehouse the inventory is pulled from. Most orders are received within 2-5 days of being placed. Your order may be split between multiple warehouses if we cannot complete the entire order from one distribution center.
Can I have my order rushed?
Yes you can! Please leave a note in the order comments if you require Express shipping, as well as the specific date you would like your order by. Please note: the shipping calculator online is not set up to provide expedited quotes. A representative will reach out to you with an express quote that will need to be approved before the order is shipped, so please keep an eye on your inbox!
How much is shipping?
Your shipping cost is based on the weight of the order, as well as the postal code of the shipping address. You can get a quick, accurate estimate once you’ve added all items to your shopping cart.
Orders that are over a subtotal of $2000.00 are eligible for free shipping (excluding remote locations).
Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes we do; all orders must be at least a subtotal of $70.00, before shipping and taxes.
I have an issue with a Pioneer product that I purchased. Can you help me with it?
If the product (Pioneer or otherwise) was purchased through our store, then we would be happy to assist with any questions or issues that come up with the item. Since we are not the representatives of the brand Pioneer ourselves, if you purchased something through another distributor or store, we are unable to help with any defective items. All issues must be directed to the original point of purchase.
Do you offer warranties on your products?
Yes, we do! The time frame and specifics of the warranty will vary depending on the brand and the type of product. For detailed warranty information, please contact customer service at orders@safetywear.ca. One of our representatives will be happy to help you.
A product that I would like to purchase is unavailable. When will it be back in stock?
We don’t always have the exact dates – but you can be the very first to know. On the product page, you can enter your email address to sign up to receive a notification as soon as the product is available for purchase again. For more detailed instructions, check out this article:

Can you give me a quote for my company?
The easiest, fastest way to get an accurate quote is to add the items to your shopping cart, and then enter your postal code to calculate the shipping and taxes. If you ask us for a quote, we will be doing the exact same thing – so save yourself the wait!
If you are looking for a bulk order (bulk meaning 200 pieces or more), then please contact customer service at orders@safetywear.ca to request an additional discount.
Can I pay with a cheque?
Possibly! If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, school or government organization, you can fill out a credit application to request approval for NET 30 payment terms. Please contact customer service for more information.
How the heck do you read the size chart?
We can admit it, it’s not the easiest. Unlike other online retailers that typically list the specific garment measurements, the size chart provided by Pioneer is meant to be referenced using your own body measurements.
On the size chart page, it defines the way you should measure the different areas of your body. Once you have the appropriate measurements (in inches), you can look at where they land in relation to the garment size listed along the top.
Sometimes you may find that you are between sizes – in those cases, it’s best to bear in mind what you’ll be ultimately using the garment for. Do you need room underneath to layer? How much range of motion is required for the work you’ll be doing? If you’re between two sizes, often customers will size up.
Do you offer wholesale/distributor pricing?
Our pricing is solely based on quantity; the more you purchase of a certain product, the better your price will be. We do not offer separate pricing discounts for wholesalers or distributors.
Do you offer printing or embroidery?
We do not, but you can request a quote from one of our partners found here.
