Safetywear.ca may allow customers to submit artwork, logos, company marks, images, text, safety program identifiers, team or crew identifiers, embroidery files, print files, decoration files, DTF-ready files, or other materials for the purpose of reviewing, quoting, preparing, decorating, printing, embroidering, transferring, producing, or fulfilling an order.
Safetywear.ca does not currently offer every possible decoration or DTF service on all products or at all times. However, we may offer decorated, branded, printed, embroidered, heat transfer, DTF, or similar custom product services now or in the future. Where such services are available, customer-submitted materials may be used to support those services.
By submitting any artwork, logo, trademark, design, image, file, or other content to Safetywear.ca, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the submitted materials or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to submit and use them.
- You have the legal right to authorize Safetywear.ca and its service providers to reproduce, modify, adapt, print, embroider, decorate, transfer, display, or otherwise use the materials as required to provide the requested products or services.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse, cancel, or request changes to any order involving materials that we believe may be unlawful, infringing, offensive, unsafe, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
