Designed to keep workers warm, dry and visible in demanding winter conditions, the Pioneer 5040 Hi-Vis Waterproof Quilted Safety Overall combines durable 300 denier PU-coated Oxford polyester with a warm 180 GSM quilted polyester lining. The 100% waterproof and windproof construction features taped and heat-sealed seams, premium StarTech® reflective tape and adjustable elastic suspenders for dependable protection and comfort in cold, wet working environments.

Pioneer overalls are sized based on chest measurement. For the most accurate fit, measure over the clothing you expect to wear underneath the insulated overall.
- A. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape level under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Use your chest measurement as the primary guide when selecting your overall size.
- B. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the measuring tape level around your body.
- C. Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat while standing with your feet together.
