Low Price Guarantee

At Safetywear.ca, we work hard to offer competitive Canadian pricing on safety apparel, high-visibility clothing, workwear, footwear and personal protective equipment (PPE). If you find the identical product advertised for less by an authorized Canadian retailer, we may match the competitor's price before purchase or within 15 days after your order.

How Our Low Price Guarantee Works

To qualify for a price match, the competing offer must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The product must be identical, including the same brand, model or SKU, size, colour, configuration and condition, where applicable.
  • The product must be sold by an authorized Canadian retailer and shipped from within Canada.
  • The competitor must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  • The competitor's advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable by Safetywear.ca.
  • The comparison must be based on the total price of the product, including applicable shipping, handling, environmental fees or other mandatory charges.
  • The product must be new and sold in its original manufacturer packaging.

Requesting a Price Match Before You Purchase

If you find a qualifying lower price before placing your order, please contact our customer service team and provide:

  • The Safetywear.ca product you would like to purchase.
  • A link to the competitor's product page or current advertisement.
  • The competitor's advertised price.
  • Any relevant shipping or additional charges.

Our team will verify the competing offer. If the price match is approved, we will provide instructions for completing your purchase at the matched price.

Price Adjustments After Purchase

If the price of an eligible product drops on Safetywear.ca or you find a qualifying lower advertised price from an authorized Canadian retailer within 15 days of your purchase, please contact us with your Safetywear.ca order number and details of the lower price.

Once the price has been verified and approved, we will refund the eligible difference to the original payment method where possible.

Offers That Do Not Qualify

Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, closeout, discontinued, open-box, used, refurbished or damaged products.
  • Black Friday, Boxing Day, Boxing Week or other limited-time promotional events.
  • Limited-quantity promotional offers, flash sales or door-crasher pricing.
  • Coupon codes, promotional codes, rebates, gift cards or loyalty rewards.
  • Member-only, subscription, employee or special group pricing.
  • Wholesale, contract, negotiated, volume or special bid pricing.
  • Marketplace sellers, auction websites or unauthorized resellers.
  • Financing offers or prices that depend on a particular payment method.
  • Pricing errors or typographical errors.
  • Products that are not in stock or immediately available from the competing retailer.

Verification and Availability

Safetywear.ca reserves the right to verify the competitor, product availability, product specifications, advertised price and any associated charges before approving a price match.

Price matches are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and apply only to eligible identical products that meet the requirements outlined above.
