Low Price Guarantee

 

If you find a lower price with another online retailer or authorized dealer, before you buy or within 15 days of your purchase, we will gladly match that price. Should our own price be reduced, present us with your original receipt within 15 days of purchase and we will match the price and refund you the difference.

 

Products that qualify for our Low Price Guarantee

The product you’re comparing must meet the following criteria to qualify:

  • The product must have the exact same brand name and model #
  • The product must be priced in Canadian Dollars and include all environmental fees, and other charges
  • The product must be sold and shipped by a retailer AND authorized dealer located within Canada
  • The following types of sellers do not qualify for a price match:
    • Any sellers whose products are refurbished, liquidated or used

The product must be in stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer, pre-order, or available only in limited quantity

The product’s price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price*

*Special sale prices include but not limited to: Black Friday, Early Black Friday Sales, Friends and Family, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day/Week, pre-orders, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) prices, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, demos, refurbished items, open box items, and financing offers.

 

Requesting a price match

 

If you’ve already bought the product:

If you've already made your purchase, you can request a price match online by email. Remember, you will need to provide the web address of the lower-priced product to us. To make your request, follow these easy steps: 

  1. Contact us via email at orders@safetywear.ca
  2. Provide us with your order number
  3. You will also need the proof of the lower price

 

If you haven’t bought the product yet:

Since you haven’t made your purchase yet you can contact us to request a price match. If you qualify, we’ll be able to discount your purchase for you. Remember, you will need to provide the web address of the lower-priced product to us. To make your request, follow these easy steps: 

  1. Contact us via email at orders@safetywear.ca
  2. Provide us with your full order (items and quantities)
  3. Let us know which item needs price matching
  4. You will also need the proof of the lower price
  5. After confirmation, we will arrange a call to collect payment from you over the phone
