How to Measure

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the measuring tape level under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
  • Waist: Measure around the natural waistline while keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose.
  • Arm Length: Measure from the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder and down the arm to the wrist.
  • Hip/Seat: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat.
