How to Find the Right Size

Measure over the clothing you expect to wear underneath the coveralls. Select the size that accommodates your largest applicable body measurement.

  • A. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, underneath the arms and across the shoulder blades. If your stomach is larger than your chest, use the larger measurement.
  • B. Waist: Measure around your waist at the level where you normally wear your pants.
  • C. Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
  • D. Arm: Bend your arm and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the centre back of your neck, across the shoulder and down the arm to the wrist.
  • Between Sizes: If your measurements fall between two sizes or you plan to wear bulky winter layers underneath, select the larger size.
  • Fit Check: The coveralls should allow comfortable bending, reaching, kneeling and walking without pulling tightly across the shoulders, torso or crotch.

Use and Care

  • Inspect the coveralls, reflective tape, insulation, seams and zippers before every use.
  • Open the side zippers when putting the coveralls on over work boots.
  • Fasten the front and side zippers completely before entering the work area.
  • Position the foot straps securely so the legs remain in place without restricting circulation.
  • Confirm that the coveralls and any attached hood do not interfere with other required personal protective equipment.
  • Replace the coveralls if the shell, insulation, reflective tape or closures become excessively worn or damaged.
  • Follow the manufacturer’s care label when cleaning and drying.
