Description
Pioneer 7702BKT FR-Tech® FR/ARC-Rated Safety Coverall is designed for workers requiring dependable flame-resistant and arc-flash protection with a tall fit. Constructed from FR-Tech® 88% premium cotton blended with 12% high-tenacity nylon, the 7 oz (240 GSM) fabric provides ARC 2 protection with an ATPV of 10 cal/cm². Double-stitched premium StarTech® FR reflective tape enhances visibility, while an action back, adjustable wrists and ankles, multiple storage pockets and pass-through access provide comfort and functionality for demanding industrial work environments.

How to Find the Right Size
Pioneer coverall sizing is based on body measurements, not garment measurements. All measurements shown above are in inches. The numbered coverall size corresponds primarily to the chest measurement.
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the measuring tape level and comfortably snug.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
- Hip: Stand naturally and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the measuring tape level.
- Tall Fit: Tall coveralls provide approximately 2" additional torso length and approximately 1" additional sleeve and leg length compared with the corresponding regular coverall.
Fit Tip: Choose the numbered size that corresponds most closely with your chest measurement. Allow enough room for comfortable movement and any FR garments worn underneath the coverall.
