Description
The Pioneer 2045 SMS disposable coveralls provide breathable full-body coverage for non-hazardous workplace applications. Made from three-layer spunbond melt-blown synthetic material, these lightweight coveralls help protect against dry particulates, fluids, dust, dirt, grime, grease, oil and paint spray. The hooded design, zipper-front closure, elasticized openings and durable serged seams provide dependable coverage while supporting comfortable movement.

How to Find the Right Size
Measure over the clothing you expect to wear underneath the coverall. Use your largest applicable body measurement when selecting a size.
- A. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, underneath the arms and across the shoulder blades. If your stomach is larger than your chest, use the larger measurement.
- B. Waist: Measure around your waist at the level where you normally wear your pants.
- C. Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
- D. Arm: Bend your arm and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the centre back of your neck, across the shoulder and down your arm to the wrist.
- Between Sizes: If your measurements fall between two sizes or you plan to wear bulky clothing underneath, select the larger size.
- Fit Check: The coverall should allow comfortable bending, reaching, kneeling and walking without pulling tightly across the shoulders, torso or crotch.
Use and Inspection
- Inspect the coverall before use and do not wear it if the material, zipper or seams are damaged.
- Step carefully into each leg before pulling the coverall over the torso and arms.
- Fasten the zipper completely and position the attached hood securely over the head.
- Ensure the elasticized wrists and ankles fit securely without restricting circulation.
- Confirm that the coverall permits comfortable movement before entering the work area.
- Replace the coverall immediately if it becomes torn, damaged or heavily contaminated.
- Confirm that this disposable coverall is appropriate for the specific workplace conditions before use.
- This product is intended for non-hazardous environments and should not be used as flame-resistant or chemical-protective clothing.
- Dispose of used coveralls according to workplace procedures and applicable regulations.
