BLACKLADER 2263 Storm 8" Winter Safety Boot

The Storm 8" Winter boot is built for high performance and comfort in extreme cold. It's made of premium full-grain leather with TPU reinforcements on the toe and heel along with a thick wool/poly lining inside for added comfort and warmth. It also features a Composite toe cap, small nail penetration protection, a full nylon shank, and a cold isolation membrane inside the insole along with 400g Thinsulate TM insulation. The full waterproof membrane also ensures that the waterproof feature will never wear off or wash out.

The Storm collection is designed with our Nitrile/PU outsoles to provide added grip in extreme conditions including, cold, heat and chemical exposure. The insole, with anatomical support, is made of a smooth PU material covered with a textile surface with good moisture absorption. This is an ideal shoe for outdoor work in mild to cold conditions.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET

To measure your feet in the simplest way, you need a wall, a piece of paper, a pencil and something to measure with, for example a measuring tape or a ruler.

1. Place the paper edge to edge with the wall and make sure there is no space between the wall and the paper.

2. Stand on the paper with your heels against the wall.

3. Put a mark on the paper where your longest toe ends. Do this for both feet.

4. Use the measuring tape or ruler to measure, from the edge of the paper to the mark you made. Now you know your foot length!

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHOE SIZE

1. Start from the foot length of your longest foot. It is common to have different sizes of feet and if you start from the longest, it is more likely that the shoes will fit for both your feet.

2. Add a 5-20 mm/0.2-0.8 inches to get some space in front of the toes. How much you should add varies depending on the shoe model and how much space you want in the shoe. Also keep in mind that your feet swell a little during the day.
