As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop here in Canada, more and more municipal, provincial and federal government preventative actions are being initiated. At this time the Ontario and Quebec Provincial government are asking all non essential businesses to close for a period of two to three weeks with the possibility of an extension on closures as needed.

Although the SafetyWear.ca warehouses are located in these areas, we are not impacted by these recent changes. Our online store is open, our customer service team is available via email orders@safetywear.ca and phone (604) 629 3407, and our hours of operations remain unchanged.

We are committed to keeping all our customers informed as the situation and restrictions around COVID-19 continue to unfold. As our business is currently open and running, please know that you can still contact us on social media, email, phone and our website in order to assist you in any way that we can. Our hours of operations are Monday to Friday from 8 am-4 pm PST - follow us on social media for updates.

Keeping health and safety our top priority, we made some adjustments to our operations in order to maintain the same seamless experience we always provide for our customers.

As people all over the world take measures to slow the spread of COVID-19, we would like to take a moment to share some of the initiatives we are undertaking to ensure the health and safety of our employees and community, while maintaining the continuity of business operations, so that we may continue to support you through this period in time.

  1. Flexible Work Arrangements: Effective March 18th, our office staff members are working from home and operational practices have been launched to remain available and ready to help our customers while protecting the health of our team and communities.

  2. Enhanced Warehouse Sanitation Procedures: To ensure the safety of all those who remain working at this time, we are adhering to local health authority recommendations and making operational adjustments to allow social distancing and increased hygiene protocols.

While we’re focused on health and safety first and foremost, we are also committed to maintaining support for our customers. We will continue to adhere to local health authority recommendations and to keep you updated as things continue to develop.
