Payment Options

Safetywear.ca accepts several payment methods, including major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, and approved purchase orders for eligible businesses and government organizations.

Can I Pay by Credit Card?

Yes. Safetywear.ca accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

During checkout, enter your cardholder name, billing address, credit card number, expiry date, and CVV security code.

To help prevent delays, make sure the name and billing address entered with your order match the information your credit card issuer has on file. Orders with missing or incorrect billing information may be held while the information is verified.

Can I Pay by Interac e-Transfer?

Yes. Interac e-Transfer is available to customers with access to online or mobile banking through a participating Canadian financial institution.

Please do not send your e-Transfer immediately after placing your order. We will first review your order and email you to confirm product availability and the exact amount to send.

This is important because products are not reserved while payment is pending. If an item becomes unavailable or needs to be changed, the order total may also change. The amount of an existing e-Transfer cannot be modified, so you may need to cancel the original transfer and send a new one.

How to Pay by Interac e-Transfer

  1. Place your order on Safetywear.ca and select Interac e-Transfer as your payment method.
  2. Wait for our email confirming product availability and the exact amount to pay.
  3. Sign in to your online or mobile banking account.
  4. Select Interac e-Transfer or your bank's equivalent money transfer option.
  5. Add Safetywear.ca as a recipient using: orders@safetywear.ca
  6. Enter the confirmed payment amount.
  7. Include your six-digit Safetywear.ca order number in the message section of the e-Transfer.
  8. Review the information and submit your payment.

When Will My e-Transfer Payment Be Confirmed?

Please allow some time for us to receive and confirm your payment. Once payment has been received, we will send you an email confirmation and process your order for shipping.

If you do not see our confirmation email, check your spam, junk, or Gmail Promotions folder.

Are There e-Transfer Payment Limits?

Yes. Your financial institution may have daily Interac e-Transfer limits. For example, an order over $1,000 may need to be paid in multiple instalments depending on your bank's sending limit.

If you are unsure of your daily e-Transfer limit, contact your financial institution before sending payment.

Can I Pay With PayPal?

Yes. PayPal is available as a payment option during checkout.

You may be able to pay through PayPal without creating a PayPal account, depending on the payment options offered by PayPal at the time of checkout.

When you select PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal to review and authorize your payment before returning to Safetywear.ca to complete your order.

To help avoid payment verification delays, make sure the shipping and billing information associated with your PayPal payment is accurate.

Can I Pay With Apple Pay?

Yes. Apple Pay is available on supported devices and browsers when the option is displayed during checkout.

Select Apple Pay as your payment method and follow the prompts on your device to review and authorize your payment.

Apple Pay availability may depend on your device, browser, card issuer, and Apple Pay settings.

Can My Business Pay by Purchase Order?

Safetywear.ca offers purchase order (PO) payment terms to approved large businesses and government organizations.

Purchase order payment is not automatically available to all customers. An application must first be submitted and approved.

Once approved, your account will be added to our Pay by PO customer group and the purchase order payment option will become available when you place eligible orders online.
