These are body measurements, not garment measurements. Measure over a shirt or the clothing you expect to wear underneath.

  • A. Neck: Measure around the base of your neck and round up to the next half-inch.
  • B. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, underneath the arms and across the shoulder blades. If your stomach is larger than your chest, use the larger measurement.
  • C. Sleeve: Bend your arm and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the centre back of your neck, across the shoulder and down the arm to the wrist.
  • Between Sizes: If your measurements fall between two sizes or you plan to wear bulky layers underneath, select the larger size.
  • Fit Check: The shirt should allow comfortable reaching and bending without pulling tightly across the shoulders, chest or arms.
