For the best fit, take your body measurements while wearing lightweight clothing.

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape level under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
  • Neck: Measure around the base of your neck where a shirt collar would normally sit.
  • Sleeve: Measure from the centre back of your neck, across the shoulder and down the arm to the wrist.

Fit Tip: For an open-collar shirt such as this V-neck safety shirt, use your chest measurement as the primary guide when selecting a size. If your chest measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.
