Description
Designed for welding and demanding industrial environments, the Pioneer Flash-Gard® FR/ARC-Rated Welding Coveralls provide protection against flash fire, electric arc hazards, welding sparks and small amounts of molten metal. The premium FR construction combines dependable protection with functional storage, comfortable movement and durable work-ready features.
- 99% FR cotton and 1% carbon fibre satin fabric
- 10.3 oz (350 GSM) fabric weight
- ATPV 11 cal/cm² arc rating
- ARC 2 protection
- TPP rating of 11.1 cal/cm²
- Suitable for welding applications involving small amounts of sparks, molten metal droplets and low radiant heat
- Stand-up collar with hook-and-loop closure for additional protection from welding sparks
- Heavy-duty 2-way FR brass front zipper
- Concealed front placket with snap closure
- Action-back design provides improved freedom of movement
- Adjustable snap wrists and ankles for a customized fit

How to Find the Right Size
For the most accurate fit, measure over light clothing and select the coverall size according to your chest measurement. Allow enough room for any clothing normally worn underneath.
- A. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape level under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
- B. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the measuring tape comfortably snug and level around your body.
- C. Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat while standing with your feet together.
