How to Find the Right Size

Pioneer coverall sizing is based on body measurements, not garment measurements. All measurements shown above are in inches. The numbered coverall size corresponds primarily to the chest measurement.

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the measuring tape level and comfortably snug.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
  • Hip: Stand naturally and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the measuring tape level.
  • Tall Fit: Tall coveralls provide approximately 2" additional torso length and approximately 1" additional sleeve and leg length compared with the corresponding regular coverall.

Fit Tip: Choose the numbered size that corresponds most closely with your chest measurement. Allow enough room for comfortable movement and any FR garments worn underneath the coverall.
