Description
The Pioneer 2036 disposable polypropylene lab coats provide lightweight coverage for non-hazardous workplace applications. Made from breathable 30 GSM polypropylene, these lab coats help protect clothing against dust, dirt, grime, oil, grease and light liquid contact. A four-button front, elasticized wrists and serged seams provide a practical combination of coverage, comfort and durability.

How to Find the Right Size
Measure over the clothing you expect to wear underneath the lab coat. Use your largest applicable body measurement when selecting a size.
- A. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, underneath the arms and across the shoulder blades.
- B. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the measuring tape level and comfortably snug.
- C. Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
- D. Arm: Bend your arm and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the centre back of your neck, across the shoulder and down your arm to the wrist.
- Between Sizes: If your measurements fall between two sizes or you plan to wear bulky clothing underneath, select the larger size.
- Fit Check: The lab coat should allow comfortable reaching, bending and walking without pulling tightly across the shoulders or torso.
Use and Inspection
- Inspect the lab coat before use and do not wear it if the material, buttons or seams are damaged.
- Insert both arms carefully and fasten all four front buttons.
- Ensure the elasticized wrists fit securely without restricting circulation.
- Confirm that the lab coat provides adequate coverage and permits comfortable movement.
- Replace the lab coat immediately if it becomes torn, damaged or heavily contaminated.
- This product is intended for non-hazardous environments and is not a substitute for chemical-resistant, flame-resistant or biological-protective clothing.
- Dispose of used lab coats according to workplace procedures and applicable regulations.
