How to Find the Right Size

For working garments, measure generously to allow enough room for comfortable movement and any clothing layers worn underneath.

  • A. Chest: Measure around your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Measure over a shirt. If your stomach is larger than your chest, select the size using the larger measurement.
  • B. Waist: Measure around your waist at the level where you normally wear your pants. Measure over a shirt without pulling the tape too tightly.
  • C. Arm/Sleeve: Bend your arm and place your fist on your hip. Measure from the centre back of your neck, across your shoulder and down your arm to the elbow and wrist.
  • D. Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
  • Between Sizes: If your measurements fall between two sizes, select the larger size to allow comfortable movement and layering.
